As we roll into the spring market, we’ve had an uptick in buyer demand since the wind down of the last holiday season, however we’re still facing low inventory, which is creating a stronghold for sellers in the current market. You’ll notice the median list price has increased over the last 4 months, and the days on market has decreased (the time from when the home is listed, to the time they accept an offer) in both counties.
